JASON S. MARTIN
Prior to founding Omega Capital in 2013, Mr. Martin was President and Managing Director of Argonaut Private Equity from 2002 to 2012. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Williams Communications Group where he led several strategic investments. Earlier in his career, he was Assistant Vice Chancellor for the Oklahoma higher education system responsible for an endowment and statewide communications network. During his career, Mr. Martin has led investments totaling more than $1.7 billion across more than 50 portfolio companies. He has extensive board experience as chairman and member of audit and compensation committees. He currently serves as a Chairman of CareATC, Inc and a director of Raisbeck Engineering. He is also a board member of Enterprise Investors, one of the oldest and largest private equity firms in Central & Eastern Europe. He is the 2017 Treasurer of the Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce. He has served as a trustee and member of the investment committee of the Oklahoma Police Pension & Retirement System and on the commercial advisory board to the University of Oklahoma School of Computer Science. Mr. Martin is a graduate of Harvard University.
PETER J. REGAN
Mr. Regan has extensive experience in government relations and business development. He has served as in-house counsel to a privately held business as well as of counsel to one of the leading law firms in Oklahoma. Mr. Regan has a distinguished record of public service. He has served under the presidents of the University of Central Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma. He was an aide to a U.S. Senator and President Pro Tempore of the state senate, and chief of staff and legal counsel to a U.S. Representative. Mr. Regan is a trustee of the University Hospitals Authority and Trust and a director of the Oklahoma Transportation Commission. Previously, he was a director of the Grand River Dam Authority. He is chair of the Mayor’s Economic Development Commission for the City of Tulsa. He also works with the oil and gas industry on national policy initiatives. He is a member of Leadership Oklahoma Class of XXVII. Mr. Regan received his BA and MS from the University of Central Oklahoma and his JD from the University of Oklahoma.
Mr. Buntz is Chief Financial Officer of The William K. Warren Foundation and has served in this position for 20 years. He is responsible for investing funds in multiple diversified portfolios which include unconstrained bonds, public equity hedge funds and private equity. Mr. Buntz also currently serves on the board of CreditPoint software, a leading credit and collection software company. Prior to his current position at the Foundation, he was an audit partner at Arthur Anderson where he had 16 years of experience in public accounting serving clients in the energy and healthcare industries. Mr. Buntz has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Coretz is Chairman of Omni Air International, Inc., a U.S. 121 air carrier that provides long range international passenger charter service to major tour operators, cruise lines, foreign air carriers, the U.S. Department of Defense and foreign governments. Omni operates a fleet of Boeing 777s and 767s. Mr. Coretz co-founded Omni in 1993 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 2007. He is also a principal of 10 Tanker Air Carrier, LLC, a company that operates DC10 tankers for aerial firefighting. He began his 25-year career in aviation at GATX/Airlog, where he managed the conversion of Boeing 747s to freighter configuration. Mr. Coretz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arizona.
Mr. Helmerich is Chairman of Helmerich & Payne, Inc. Previously, he served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer for 25 years. Helmerich & Payne (NYSE: HP) is the largest provider of land drilling services in the U.S. with a market cap of over $10 billion and more than 10,000 employees. As of April 24, 2014, the Company’s fleet included 325 land rigs in the U.S., 31 international land rigs, and 9 offshore platform rigs. Mr. Helmerich is a board member of two additional NYSE companies, Atwood Oceanics, Inc. and Cimarex Energy Co., and also a Trustee of Northwestern Mutual Life. He graduated from Dartmouth College and completed Harvard Business School’s Program for Management Development.
Mr. Moore is President and Chief Financial Officer of Manhattan Construction Group, Inc. and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its parent company, Rooney Holdings, Inc. The first company to incorporate in the new state of Oklahoma, Manhattan Construction has built many iconic structures, from the Oklahoma State Capitol building to Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Mr. Moore oversees leadership of the Group’s operating entities. Mr. Moore has 25 years of experience in broad based financial and operational responsibilities within multiple industry sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Business Administration, both from LaSalle University.
E.C. "KIP" RICHARDS
Mr. Richards has more than 40 years of management and operations experience with privately and publicly owned enterprises involved in real estate, transportation, manufacturing and distribution. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sooner Inc., a global distributor of tubular products with operations in the United States, Europe and Africa. Mr. Richards was previously responsible for the operations of businesses in light manufacturing and oil purchasing, transportation and reselling. He also has served as a Principal and Managing Director of a commercial real estate company comprising both developed shopping centers and undeveloped property. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.
